The 30-Day Accountability Experiment

You already know what you need to do. Making yourself actually do it is the whole problem.

Tell me a little about you and I'll let you know if this is a fit.

We've made the lists. We've said we'd do it, and we really believed it at the time. We know we're supposed to just "start small" and yet... we still can't do it.

Knowing and doing are two completely different things, and nobody really talks about that part.

So I want to try something.

What this is

For 30 days, we're going to choose ONE thing.

One thing you want to get more consistent with or finally follow through on. Could be projects you keep not finishing, sticking to your schedule, working out, dealing with the thing you've been avoiding for six months. Whatever yours is.

Then we build accountability around it, instead of expecting your brain to produce all of its own motivation out of nowhere every single day.

  • 01
We start with a workshop where I help you figure out what your one thing should be, and set it up in a way that makes sense for an ADHD brain.
  • 02
Every week we get on a call together. I teach briefly and do live coaching.
  • 03
We're in a group chat, and you have access to me directly throughout the month, plus everyone else in the cohort.
  • 04
And since adhd brains get bored and need things to be new, I have a plan to keep it interesting along the way.
You can't really fail an experiment. You just collect data.

Tell me about you.

I'm keeping this group small on purpose, so I read every one of these myself. If it's a fit, I'll send you the registration link.

Got it. Thank you.

I read these myself, so give me a day or so. If it's a fit I'll email you the registration link.
