The room your ADHD brain has been missing.
GSD is the place ADHD entrepreneurs actually do the work. Live coworking sessions, hourly check-ins, and a community of people who get it. So you stop sitting in front of your laptop in panic mode and start moving things forward, finishing what you start, and feeling proud of yourself again.
It works because of one thing your brain has been missing: working alongside other people. Researchers call it body doubling. We just call it showing up. Either way, it's the simple, almost-too-obvious fix that makes starting (and finishing) actually possible when willpower has failed you a hundred times.
Live Work Sessions
Drop in for 1-4 hour blocks. Set your intention, work alongside others, report back. Come and go as your schedule allows.
Hourly Check-ins
Timers keep you on track. Each hour we pause, reconnect, and reset, so momentum doesn't die.
No Judgment Zone
Whether you're working on client deliverables, admin you've avoided for weeks, or life tasks. All of it counts.
Real Community
A Telegram channel for wins, accountability, and the kind of support that only comes from people who actually get it.
I thought everyone else was just more disciplined than me.
For most of my life I just thought other people were more disciplined than me. They arrived on time. They were able to focus without an urgent deadline approaching. They got things done without waiting until the last minute.
I was the one in college writing papers at 3am. Not because I didn't want to do it sooner. Trust me, every single time I had a solid intention of this time I'm going to start early. I could literally envision it happening. But when the time came, I couldn't make my brain do it. It literally froze on me.
I had no idea I had ADHD.
And even after I was diagnosed, I was the one asshole that couldn't do the things anyway. It wasn't until I understood what ADHD actually is, how it works scientifically, what's really happening in the brain, that the shame started to lift.
That shame was especially real for me as a life coach. I'd been trained to believe that thoughts create feelings, feelings create actions, actions create results. So if I couldn't focus, couldn't make decisions, couldn't execute, what did that say about me? I was willing. I was motivated. And I still couldn't make my brain cooperate.
What I didn't understand was that leaving my corporate job had taken away the structure, the accountability, the external deadlines, the very things my brain needed to produce dopamine and function. Without due dates, without someone expecting something from me, my brain had nothing to work with.
"Once I understood that, everything changed. Not my discipline. Not my mindset. My understanding of how my brain actually works."
Around that time my best friend from college had just left her corporate job and was starting two companies of her own. We decided we didn't want to build alone, and we wanted it to feel fun, not stressful. So we started scheduling regular meetings. We'd talk through our goals, share what we felt stuck on, help each other prioritize, and then we'd just get to work together and report back.
It worked in a way nothing else had.
I'd actually written on my whiteboard long before this: people with ADHD need accountability and hand-holding. But here's the thing. High achievers like me never wanted to consider that as an option. It felt like we should be able to do things without extra support. Needing it felt like a personal failure.
Telling an ADHD entrepreneur to just hold themselves accountable is like telling someone with poor vision to drive without their glasses. It's not a discipline problem. It's not a character flaw. It's just not having the right tool for how your brain actually works.
That's what body doubling is. The glasses for your brain. The crazy simple, too good to be true tool it was missing this whole time.
And what happens when you finally have it isn't just that you get more done. You start to trust yourself again. You do the things you said you were going to do. That builds a relationship with yourself. That relationship builds confidence. And that confidence? That's where everything changes.
