You already know what you need to do. Making yourself actually do it is the whole problem.
We've made the lists. We've said we'd do it, and we really believed it at the time. We know we're supposed to just "start small" and yet... we still can't do it.
Knowing and doing are two completely different things, and nobody really talks about that part.
So I want to try something.
For 30 days, we're going to choose ONE thing.
One thing we want to get more consistent with or finally follow through on. Could be projects you keep not finishing, sticking to your schedule, working out, dealing with the thing you've been avoiding for six months. Whatever yours is.
Then we build accountability around it, instead of expecting your brain to produce all of its own motivation out of nowhere every single day.
If you're thinking one thing isn't enough, I'm going to tell you that I have always felt that way too. And because it doesn't feel like enough (because we always have SO much we know we should or want to do), we end up not doing any of it at all, and the cycle continues. All while feeling like shit about ourselves.
You're not doing this on your own.
- 01If you're worried you won't be able to pick ONE thing, I got you. That's what the first call is for. We'll workshop it together.
- 02Every week we'll get on a call together. I'll teach briefly and do live coaching.
- 03We'll also be in a group chat, and you'll have access to me directly throughout the month, plus your fellow founding cohort members.
- 04And since I know adhd brains get bored after a while and need things to be new and exciting, I have a plan to keep it interesting along the way...
Why I keep calling it an experiment and not a challenge.
A challenge means you do it 30 times and you win. That's not what this is.
If you've been doing something zero times and you do it twelve, that's not failing, that's information. The interesting part is figuring out why those twelve happened, because that's the part you can actually repeat.
I'm only taking 10 people because I want to genuinely be in this with everyone. And you don't need to have your one thing figured out before you sign up. That's what the workshop is for.
Your spot isn't held until payment goes through.
