For years I thought I just wasn't disciplined enough.
I kept thinking if I could find the right planner, the right system, or the right routine, everything would finally click.
But eventually I realized something.
I wasn't just frustrated because I couldn't check everything off my to-do list.
I was frustrated because I knew I was capable of so much more than I was actually experiencing.
And I have a feeling that might be true for you too.
I definitely don't think people with ADHD need another planner.
Or another productivity hack.
Or another course full of information that they'll binge and never actually do anything with.
If information was enough, most of us would be much further along than we are.
I think we need a place where we stop trying to figure this out alone.
A place where we experiment together.
Where we learn what works for our brains.
Where we rebuild trust in ourselves one small win at a time.
That's what I'm building.
